Eurasian watermilfoil, Myriophyllum spicatum, is a widespread rooted aquatic invasive plant.  Being that it is widespread, it is not a tartget of the CJISST but it is closely related to parrotfeather, Myriophyllum aquaticum, an ermering aquatic invasive.  Please let me know what kind of information you are looking for.  This link might be helpful-  http://www.nps.gov/plants/alien/fact/mysp1.htm.  YOu can also contact Princeton Hydro for more assistance.
